Account Deletion and Data Retention

At Rheumera Inc., we respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring the security of your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you have the right to do so. Please note the following information regarding account deletion and data retention:

Account Deletion Process:

1. To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to support@rheumera.com.

2. Once your request is received, we will verify your identity to ensure the security of the process.

3. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 15 days from the date of your request.

4. After deletion, you will no longer have access to your account, and all your personal information will be irreversibly removed from our system.

Types of Data Deleted:

Upon account deletion, the following types of data will be permanently removed from our system:

1. Personal Information: This includes your name, email address, and any other personally identifiable information you provided during registration or app usage.

2. Usage Data: Information related to your app usage, such as activity logs and preferences, will also be deleted.

3. Health Logs: Any logs with respect to your health and wellbeing will also be deleted permanently.

Data Retained and Retention Periods:

In some cases, we may retain certain data for legal, security, or operational reasons, even after you delete your account. The data that may be retained and their associated retention periods are as follows:

1. Transaction Data: If you made any purchases within the app, we would retain transaction records for a minimum of 1 year for accounting and tax compliance purposes.

2. Security Data: Certain security-related data, such as IP logs and login history, may be retained for a period of 90 days for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Please be assured that any data retained beyond your account deletion will be handled in compliance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
